Clinical Hypnotherapy is an effective therapeutic tool which taps into the subconscious mind. Healing and overcoming past negative thought patterns and experiences is the goal of a heart centered session.  The answers are all found within the individual.  The role of the therapist is to assist the client to draw effective self-conclusions which lead to positive behaviors ultimately providing relief. 

Annette was trained by the Wellness Institute in Heart Centered Hypnotherapy as well  Brian Weiss, MD, in Past Life Regression Therapy.
